Forget having to mess around with complicated, server-level redirects for web pages you no longer want people to access. Those days are OVER.
Now redirecting visitors from one web page to a new web page is as simple as making a few clicks.
Just go to any Kartra page in the Page Builder, click on “Settings” in the top of the left blue sidebar, and there you’ll notice the brand new “Page Redirect” button.
Click there to reveal the settings for this function. First, you have the option to activate it. From there, you can have the redirect work for everyone who comes to this page, or just people who meet certain criteria.
If you want it to redirect for all visitors, just leave that setting as is, select a page (either a Kartra Page or an external URL), click Apply, and Publish Live. Test it out. It works!
But, what if you want only some page visitors to be redirected to another page?
For instance, if you’ve got a sales page for Product A, you might want people who’ve already purchased Product A to be taken to another page with content just for them.
Kartra makes it easy to select who your redirect works for. Simply select “Certain users only” and then pick which criterion you want to use for choosing visitors to redirect, including tags, lists, and sequences (either subscribed, or unsubscribed).
Apply, Publish Live, and you’re done. Now, certain visitors will be redirected to another page, and everyone else will remain on the current page as is.
And that’s all there is to it. Redirects simply don’t get any easier. And you can come back and change these settings any time you like.

HELP! We have page redirects setup so that if people have not signed up for a training series they are sent to the sign-up page.
It’s a huge value add to be able to do these redirects however, we have 30+ emails from people now who should NOT be redirected, and still get sent back to the sign-up page. We verified that they are on the right list, but not matter what we do, they cannot access the content and always get redirected.
What are we missing? This is too many people for it to be a random user error and we’re confirming it is set up properly by looking at it lead by lead…

I have a partial redirect setup where people not subscribed to a list are redirected. It works great for most people, but we’re getting a lot of help requests by people who can’t get through to the content, even though they are on the list.
Any ideas?

I have a question about the pages and calendar. Do you know how we can put a redirection in the calendar or any ideas on how we can set up a redirection. Because in one of the pages, I have the calendar set in there, so if somebody will try to book a class, I would want them to be redirected to my Thank you page.
Hi Beverly, people book appointments in your calendar using an opt-in form. You can set any page you like as the Thank You page for the opt-in form and any user who fills in the form will be redirected to the Thank You page once they submit their booking request.
